Kenla Miller

President of MSGPR

Kenla Miller, wife of Lee Miller, is President of MSGPR. Kenla looks over all the financial aspects of the company as well as day-to-day details. Kenla attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, graduating with a in accounting. She wanted to bring her abilities to MSGPR and has truly helped make it succeed. While attending Stephen F. Austin, Kenla met Lee in the Lumberjack marching band. Kenla and Lee live in Lufkin, Texas and have two children that both attend Stephen F. Austin State University. Kenla loves giving back to her church and helping out any way that she can and helping shape her kids with the best guidance she can give.

Lee Miller

CEO of MSGPR

Lee Miller has been involved in the Public Relations business for over 25 years, working in commercial television news operations, creative services, promotions and public service and has managed a television network. As a conference speaker, he has taught on subjects ranging from church growth ideas to television news operations. Featured in industry publications, Miller has been recognized for his instruction and writings on crisis communications from media worldwide. Miller is a winner of multiple Addy, Television Showcase and network television awards for production of television, radio and print promotional pieces. Miller is the immediate past chairman for the TV/Visual Communications Executive Committee for the National Religious Broadcasters, serves on the Salvation Army Advisory board and on the board of directors for GPS-TV. Lee and Kenla also served as Lufkin Band Boosters presidents for 2011-2012

Charles Roberds

Creative Art Director

Charles attended the Art Institute of Dallas and Angelina College for 3D modeling. He also pursued a degree in Digital Media at Stephen F. Austin. Shortly after attending school he joined MSGPR as an intern. The position evolved into full-time while meeting local, regional, and national clients’ needs for quality media and public relations. Charles considers his experience with MSGPR as a worthwhile endeavor, allowing him to broaden and deepen his passion for digital media.

Kellie Ramsey

Lead Graphic Designer & Photographer

Kellie Ramsey attends Stephen F. Austin State University and majors in Digital Photography with a minor in Photography. Bringing her previous experience as a digital photographer, Kellie joined MSGPR as a sophomore at Angelina College. The internship proved to be a strong foundation to grow as she developed her graphic design and photography while meeting clients’ needs for print and digital media. Now full-time with MSGPR, Kellie continues to turn techniques and experience into proven results.

Seth Black

Chief Lead Media Editor

Seth, a Texas native and pastor’s son who has lived in south Houston, Wichita Falls and Snyder, studied Mass Communication while attending Southern Nazarene University. He worked for a newspaper before making the move to video production for MSGPR, covering a vast array of video production which includes legal recordings and depositions with excellence.

Josh Miller

Production Director

Josh joined father Lee Miller and grandfather Truitt Miller in the media business as Production Director, beginning on a broadcast truck covering area sports. He brings a fresh eye to production, keeping MSGPR relevant with a younger generation. When not producing events for MSGPR, Joshua is in medical school, studying to become a doctor.

Truitt Miller

Office Manager

Before joining MSGPR, Truitt worked in the automobile industry. As retirement approached, he still wanted to work, and accepted an offer from son Lee to join MSGPR as Office Manager.. He enjoys being part of this company and the many people he encounters on a day-to-day basis, including political figures, musicians and many local personalities. Truitt and his family have been part of the Lufkin community for many years and keep building memories in the East Texas area.

Ken Cochran

Administrator

Ken brings the experience of an Air Force navigator to the position of Administrator, helping MSGPR stay on course with precision and accuracy. A graduate of the University of Texas – Austin, his experience and wisdom help guide MSGPR as the company expands locally and nationally.

Fred Smith

Ministry PR

Fred Smith brings 20 years of experience in teaching Biblical outreach principles and implementation to helping ministries build and maintain a public image. He also leads the Block Party trailer manufacturing company, CTBlockPartyTrailers.com which custom-outfits a trailer to bring communities together. He is the author and presenter of ShareCare Ministries Sunday School Growth Seminar and a LifeWay certified instructor of “Associational Smaller Membership Church Growth Plan.” On Sundays, Fred continues his passion for Biblical teaching behind the pulpit at Redland Baptist Church in Lufkin, Texas.

Misty Boggs

Writer/Reporter

Misty graduated from Angelina College in May 2012 after serving two semesters as editor and co-editor for the college newspaper, looking for an outlet to put her experience and degree to work. She joined MSGPR as an intern for LufkinPantherSports.com, covering everything from swim meets to football games. She also writes for MSGPR on a variety of topics, fulfilling a desire to help clients’ creatively communicate with their community.

Hunter McLeroy

Videographer

Hunter, a junior at Diboll High School, put a spare time hobby into meaningful employment as videographer for MSGPR and lufkinpanthersports.com. His passion for social media and video production continue to grow with each new experience, faithfully covering Lufkin Panther sporting events. After graduation, he plans to further develop his base by studying Communications and TV/Radio Broadcasting at the college level.
