On behalf of the school named below, I understand and agree that MSG Bands will provide one USB flash drive of my band’s UIL performance. No other copies will be available. This form is my agreement as director and producer to contract MSG Bands, a third party contractor to provide my single educational video flash drive for a fee payable directly to the third party contractor.

I have arranged for all copyrights and permissions required for my performance and recording. My school has signed the “UIL Marching Band Educational Use Video Agreement form.”

I understand that UIL and MSG Bands are not responsible for any copyright and rights fees that may be required by copyright holders.
